Slowing down the senses   Even before you entering Piccadilly Circus, you must fight the crowds lingering at the tube station, find your feet on the stairs and rise from the subway into the land of the busy living.
The aroma of China   The scent of China Town is not forgotten easily. The fragrances of fried Peking duck, boiled cabbage and an undefined sweet flavour hang in the air, diffused by numerous restaurants that line Gerrard Street in the heart of China Town. The voice of Londoners   "What do we want? Justice. When do we want it? Now." The passionate crowds and the occasional feverish protest chanting are among the many things that characterise London.
